The third workshop is all about seeking relief when you struggle to identify discomfort and its origin.


Here is some of what we'll cover over about 30-45 minutes with plenty of time at the end for relevant questions and answers.

  • The stress response and our musculature

  • Physiological impacts of chronic stress

  • What is “somatic release” and different methods

  • Connecting mind-body feeling-emotion patterns

 

If you were able to attend the presentation I gave at The Neurodivergent Lived Experience back in January, this will be similar but not identical (I mean, better, obviously) - and free to rewatch! :)

 

As always, downloads will be available 72-hours prior to the event (May 30th); those who download will be sent a PDF copy of the presentation slides after the LIVE event.
